• Your final, precise delivery estimate will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your package is on its way, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and number will head to your inbox.

Delivery Issues

If an order is marked as undeliverable, please drop us a line right away. We will immediately coordinate with the courier to sort it out and find the best solution for you.

Our Return Policy: Because each of our crochet pieces is lovingly crafted by hand and often made-to-order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges once your package has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Your happiness is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please reach out immediately with a few clear photos. We’ll look into it right away and do our absolute best to make things right.

Bespoke & Custom Creations: Once payment goes through for a custom order, we cannot issue a refund, as the piece is being created exclusively for you.

Need to Change or Cancel? If you change your mind, let us know within the hour! We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, because we love getting to work on your orders quickly, we cannot modify or cancel your order if it has already entered production or packaging.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, as we are unable to alter delivery details once the order has been shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for redelivery.
